How do I make orders?
Since we took care of these plants with care, we hope that you would do, too! That’s why we treat orders personally with care. To make your order, you can contact us at +62 21 73883525, or email us at info@greenandtiny.com, or you can visit us at Jl. Kesehatan 3/35, Bintaro, Jakarta 12330. If you email us, make sure that you mention the plants that you want to buy.
Do you provide shipping?
Unfortunately, no. Because of the nature of our products, we won’t be able to ship this with commercial shipping services, as we don’t want these plants to be ruined. It is best that you come and pick up the purchased items yourself so that you can check for it’s quality before deciding to leave. However, we provide limited shipping services for large volume purchases. Please contact us for details, and don’t worry, we’ll make sure we deliver them ourselves.
Refunds and returns
Unfortunately, all sales are final and are not refundable. However, if you need us to trim some of the leaves from your purchased plants, or ask around on how to treat them properly, please do come. We’ll be happy to serve you.
How do I take care of the plants?
All you need is sunlight and water (and occasional fertilizer for Greeners and Greens), and your plant would be as good as new everytime!
How green are your products?
Since they are plants, in fact, they are quite literally green. But we take great care on recycling things to be used with our products. For our Gween line-up for example, we recycle toothpaste tube lids to be used as pots.
Why do Gweens cost as much as Greens, but they are smaller?
Because finding the perfect plant and container for Gweens are even harder than usual. Getting them into those tiny pots and keeping them healthy are even more challenging.
